Team Work and Leadership
I have been working in teams for over 20 years. I worked in many grassroots organization focusing on diverse topics such as environmental protection, women's rights, anti-fascism, anti-racism and immigration policies. In all my work places and schools I worked in teams, which I mostly enjoyed.
Starting in my early youth with youth groups, I led diverse groups and participated in workshops on leadership. Since then, I had many opportunities to develop my leadership skills in my role as board member, political organizer, and program manager.
During my study I worked on several team projects. The endowment paper was one of my best team work experiences. It never felt like work and our paper was a great success. The paper is a feasibility study for funding an endowment at the Jewish Community Library. The second and third paper are about dysfunctional organizations. The "Riv" focus on leadership styles, whereas the "Belarus Case" focus more on organizational culture.
