I'm a postdoctoral researcher in Neo Martinez' lab
at San Francisco State University. I'm working on understanding food webs - who eats whom in an ecosystem.
I'm trying to find patterns in the empirical data that are consistent across different ecosystems, and I'm
developing models that hopefully reproduce these patterns and will help us understand where they come from.
Lately, I've gotten interested in the spatial variability of food web patterns and want to tie food web
theory together with species-area theory.
