Team Work/Leadership
Teamwork and Leadership plays an important role in any environment because it is essential to accomplishing organizations goals. The MPA has provided me with vast opportunities to develop teamwork and leadership skills. Through teamwork, I have enhanced my listening, discussions, sharing, participating, negotiating, flexibility, and questioning skills.
