The Vietnamese American Studies Center fosters reseach on the Vietnamese immigrant community in California and issues related to adaptation and integration processes. Projects underway are international exchange programs with institutions of higher learning in Viet Nam. The center encourages joint research projects and other scholarly opportunities for faculty and students from both countries.
