Ingredients:

Corn Starch - $1.99

Mica Pigment $13.86

Supplies:

Small Mixing Bowls

Measuring Spoons

Mixing Spoons

Process:

In a small mixing bowl, mix together mica pigment with 1 teaspon of cornstarch.

Add the desired amount of pigment depending on the darkness that you would prefer the eye shadow to be.

To Use:

Apply with eye shadow brush/sponge to eyelid. For longer lasting wear dampen upper eyelid with water before application.
