Process:

1.Using tape measure or ruler, measure distance between hang grips on the handlebars

2. After finding the distance, layout corner the corner braces to the measured distance on the bottom of the toolbox. Use tape to hold braces in place on the bottom of the toolbox.

3. Using a drill and a 1/4 inch drill bit, drill through the holes in the corner braces and into the toolbox.

4. Once holes have been drilled use six bolts and nuts to fasten corner braces to the toolbox, remember to use washers on both the insides and outsides of the box. Hardware assembly goes as such…place 1/4 fender washer on bolt; put bolt and washer in hole; place smaller washer on end of bolt; put on nut.

5. Using 1 inch U-bolts, line up U-bolt with the bottom hole of the corner brace and mark location of the other end of the U-bolt with felt pen.

6. Drill hole at location of the mark with drill and 1/4 inch bit.
