Team Work/Leadership
Team work is critical in public organizations. With budget constraints, accountability to the community, and an ever changing workplace the public sector needs leaders. The MPA program, as well as the Business Admistration undergrate classes, at SFSU have put on strong emphasis on working together in teams. I have drafted numerous documents with teammate, including two strategic plans. The sample included on this page is part of a plan for evalution that was to be implemented by the EARN IT! KEEP IT! SAVE IT! program of the Untied Way of the Bay Area
