Team Work/Leadership

"No problem can be solved by the same consciousness that created it. We need to see the world anew."

-Albert Einstein

What I enjoyed most about my experience in the program was working with diverse groups of students in gender and culture. Such diversity provided tremendous benefits as well as challenges; I benefited by learning from diverse perspectives and was challenged by creating unity of focus and purpose despite various personality types and work styles.

One project involved the analysis of gang prevention programming in the Western addition community. Another project involved researching potential fund development avenues for the First Avenues program of the Hamilton Family Center. Below are our teams research findings and recommendations.
