Team Work/Leadership
In most of my courses I have had the
opportunity to collaborate on group projects, which have
been beneficial to my own professional development in
providing experience in teamwork. The teamwork
exercises have given me experience in understanding and
overcoming the challenges of groupwork, as well as
recognizing the benefits.
I have also been fortunate that the Public
Administration program has given me the opportunity to
work with a diverse group of peers, whose work
experience, personal interests, social backgrounds and
nationalities have provided a wide perspective on
serving the public in the Bay Area.
