If you have Windows Server 2003 you have Volume Shadow Copy Service built in. So if you're not using it the question is "Why not?".

SFSU Communications Directory Petition

SFSU no longer prints a phone book and it's online search is worthless due to inaccuracy and lack of usability, to name a few of its problems. So if you'd like to see it return go sign the SFSU Communications Directory Petition. It seems odd that they couldn't just fix the online search feature and make a pdf version for when our network goes down, but then if you work here you know....
