Using Wikis with software developers

Who has the time to learn yet another markup? And when it comes to documentation who couldn't use more of it? But if it's hard to get software developers to use a wiki try getting everyone else in the organization on board! Most of the concept of a wiki works well for documentation but it really needs to be easy enough to create and edit content without having to know the markup language, at least initially.

OT :: Now you have a plan?

Shouldn't the "Plan for Victory" have come before the invasion? Judging by this article:
Bush's Speech on Iraq War Echoes Voice of an Analyst - New York Times
and the fact that a majority of people don't believe Bush's plan I guess it's a "Plan for Drawn-Out Failure". That's too bad. At a minimum this should have been a multinational effort and not excluded anyone who wanted to bring a representative government and the rule of law to Iraq. That's assuming of course that this should have happened at all but we'll leave that debate to another day.
