Overview

I am a proud alum of SF State. Currently, I work at SF State's Alumni Relations team of the Office of University Development, which is a part of University Advancement. It's a pleasure to be working at such a great place, and I've included a variety of projects that I am currently involved in on my website.

In addition to my work, I am a member of CSUEU and a part-time civil engineering student here at SF State.

Are you an alumnus/a of SF State?

I hope you are already a member of the Alumni Association. There are so many benefits to membership that I don't know where to begin, so please check out the membership benefits section of the Alumni Association website now.

If you're already a member of the Alumni Association, don't forget to check out many of the online social networks to help alumni network better professionally and socially. You can leave a note about yourself at the Gator Updates section of the Alumni Directory.

Are you faculty or administrator?

If you're traveling any place outside of the Bay Area, I hope that you'll notify me online, or contact me directly. While majority of our alumni live in the Bay Area, there are plenty of opportunities for you to meet with alumni in places where your personal travel, conference, and research may take you. So, I am here to help you reach out to local alumni living in areas outside of the Bay Area.

Take a look at a world map that shows where alumni are located, and send me an e-mail to let me know where you're going, and when you might be available to meet with alumni there.

Are you a parent?

Bi-annually, I produce an SF State Parent & Family Program eNews, which you can look online for its latest edition. In addition, we run a workshop for parents on Welcome Days. We want you to be involved in the life of SF State. If it's the first time you're hearing about SF State Parents & Family Program, be sure to register with us online. While entirely optional, you can join the “sfstateparents” on Yahoo!® Groups to directly connect with parents and family members of other students, post questions, share information, organize, and more…

Are you a student?

Many generous SF State alumni have made it possible for a number of scholarships and awards to help SF State students. I encourage you to be proactive in identifying sources of support thru the Office of Student Financial Aid.

When looking for on-campus employment options, be sure to look for Student Call Center jobs on GatorJOBS, before the beginning of each fall and spring semesters. It's a terrific opportunity to broaden communication skills, and interact with SF State alumni on a daily basis.
