"The lecture preceding the case discussion provided a good background. a. High energy; b. Good interpretation of students' comments; c.Able to effeciently manage the class time ".

"His knowledge of the subject(Business to Business Marketing), his attentiveness to student questions and comments and the positive learning environment established in the classroom.".

"Very knowledgeable, able to answer all students' questions effectively. Also he treated all students the same regardless of academic ability, that is, you were not looked down upon or up to depending on your intelligence level.".

The course could be improved by:

"Better explanation of assignment.".

"He focused too much on the computer industry which is his core competency.".

"Requiring homework, i.e. written answers for case studies.".
