The most effective attributes of the instructor's teaching were:

"His ability to answer questions. Open to learning himself. Great attitude and extremely helpful. Willing to help students with any problems".

"The notes are available before the lecture so we don't have to spend time copying them down".

"The knowledge of the course materials and bringing in real-world examples and case studies. No-nonsense teaching method".

The course could be improved by:

"More guidance for exams. Add one more mid-term to relieve heavy information load on one mid-term".

"Having a study guide".

"Using a different text. Many students did not like the book because there were no terms or definitions used. This made it difficult to study for exams".
