Excellent use of websites and NPR news broadcasts as references.

Interactive materials like audio and video were used.

There were lots of discussions that the instructor initiated.

Those attributes of this instructors teaching that I think should be improved are:

I feel the instructor should improve his communication in spoken English.

The course could be improved by:

A consistent focus on current events, stronger tie in with respect to traditional marketing concepts and case studies that are fairly recent. 

I would be happy to learn more technical stuff like building a e-commerce website.

 The course should have more structured content.
