The most effective attributes (characteristics) of the instructor's teaching were:
give good suggestions for project, quick response to questions.
his feed back
He was willing to help as much as he could when it came to finding an internship.
He was very prompt with getting back to e-mails which was really nice considering we didn't have a real class.
I really do appreciate that he gave us study guides come exam time. He was prompt, organized, and constructed the course really well. I was never confused on due dates and important dates.
very organized. we know the time lines for all assignments in the beginning of the semester. It is hard to miss any project because deadlines are straight forward
TIMELY FEEDBACK
very flexible and responded to email extremely quickly, always open to talk even though I never had to do it very often.
He had the meeting at the beginning of the semester and met everyone to discuss the course. I think it's always helpful when an online class meets once.
The feedback that I received for my mid-term outline.

Those attributes of this instructor's teaching which I think should be improved are:
none
More feedback on assignments such as the outline. I got no feedback but one word added in to the outline and therefore was deducted 4 out of 16 points. I would have liked to know what needed improvement.
more feed back during mid semester
More timely feedback would have been helpful, and communication with individual students would have helped my learning.
I think more examples through media is class would be great. Videos would make lectures a lot more fun.
We need more/detailed instruction on the paper. Many students don't know what the instructor is looking for in the outline and the final paper. We need help!
I like the forum entries. I think they might be a little to far and few between. Maybe one once a month would be nice.
I think that for the iLearn, he should have let everyone known that they get points for both responding to someone else's posts as well as posting our own.
being more accessible by having an office on SFSU campus and more reachable as an instructor.

The course could be improved by:
none
holding class meeting more than just once.....
Making this a hybrid class. Having most of the class be online, but have at least one class meeting per month or week. This way, students can speak with one another about their experiences so far and we would be able to meet with the instructor and get to know him and his experience.
IF there was more of an understanding that in the world of marketing things change fast and you may not always be able to finish a project but there was still lots that you learned from it.
class meeting should be at least twice per semester so we can have chance to ask professor questions on the project face to face.
More encouragement for fellow peers to interact and a sample of one of the previous papers written so we have a sense that we are doing it correctly.
