The Most effective attributes of the instructorºs teaching were:

" Professor Sengupta has made the class highly interactive. he seems to be very knowledgeable with respect to the topic of Electronic Commerce. I do like that our project consisted of a team project that is to consult with an actual firm (business). Overall I enjoy his teaching style.

" I think the HBS cases were pretty useful & i have learnt a lot from the cases. Also the instructor enables us to experience how to do a real project & work with a real clients. Guest speakers also taught me a lot about the subjects. "

" Should make time lines for project work. I would say divide it into parts and grade it so that students work most of the time "

" Less emphasis on group project, More emphasis on individual project. "

The course could be improved by:

" Professor invited some guest speakers during the whole semester. Those guest speakers really helped us to learn more. Their experience is worth it. If guest speakers could be more the class will be more interesting. "

" Should be a 4 unit course with deeper focus on state of practice in E-Commerce. Projects should start earlier, clients should be clear about what they want and how applicable to their business. "
