Vol. 36, #3, Dec. 1999
This magazine is devoted to the study and proof of creationism. It is a scientific journal that has research articles and book reviews centering around this topic. It has a very definate bias which reflects the Statement of Belief found in the back of the magazine. The Statement of Belief basically says that the Bible is accurate, and that the Creation of the unverse occured as it says in the bible. One thing i thought was interesting was the fact that the Statement of Belief actually leaves room for a type of evolution. Basically, that organisms can change after the whole creation happened. -HLL
- visit site Sexuality and Disability is a journal which publishes scholarly articles that address the phychological and medical aspects of sexuality with regards to disability and rehabilitation. Vol 17, No. 4, 1999 focuses on sexual functioning in patients with chronic pain. The objectives of this study were to explore coital positions adopted by chronic back pain patients and to describe sexual function. Despite the fact that in many patients' sexual intercourse increased the intensity of pain, most of the patients still pereferred "top" (male superior) position. The most comfortable position for coital activity in patients with chronic pain is not known. LB-K

- visit site The Bulletin of The Atomic Scientists is the product of concerned scientists raising issues about nuclear research. The articles I read dealt with radioactive pigeons that were congregating in the garden of a resident local to a power plant. The other article I read dealt with unethical human subjects research in which the subjects were injected with plutonium. ALEX
