Personal Information

Aside from my desire to pursue a career in policy analysis, I have many other interests. I love traveling around the world and within the United States. The type of traveling that I like doesn't involve a resort. It involves getting lost in places that I never been, conversing with the locals and trying anything new on the menu. Countries I have visited are Thailand, Turkey and Greece. Some of my favorite locations are Chiang Mai and Krabi in Thailand, Santorini in Greece and Bodrum in Turkey. In the United States, some of my favorite locations aside from San Francisco are Sacramento (where my family lives), Lake Tahoe, New York and Hawaii. In 2008, I will travel to Guatemala, Italy and back to Greece. I love that my future travel endeavors allow me to completely immerse myself into the unknown.

I have been living in San Francisco since 2001 and love all the diversity that the city has to offer. Some of my favorite activities are playing soccer for the Golden Gate Women's Soccer League, running in Golden Gate Park, visiting friends and family, eating in unknown ethnic restaurants and watching independent films. When I get the chance, I would like to visit all the museums and run across the Golden Gate Bridge.

Although I don't know where my career will take me, I will never stop exploring and learning.
