I am currently a graduate research assistant in Dr. Stefan Wiens' Cognitive Neuroscience Laboratory at Stockholm University, investigating the neural underpinnings of emotion using measures of peripheral psychophysiology and brain imaging.

I graduated from San Francisco State University's Department of Psychology with my M.A. in Psychological Research (Mind, Brain, & Behavior) in May 2010. I worked with Dr. Ezequiel Morsella in the Action and Consciousness Laboratory for two years investigating the nature of conscious and non-conscious processes.
My research has mainly examined 1) how we come to like or dislike incidental stimuli, 2) what the subjective consequences of experiencing random events are, and 3) the threshold between conscious and non-conscious perceptual processing and how action may influence entry to attentional awareness.
