Team Work/Leadership
Collaboration is key in developing and implementing effective policies. Through the MPA program and the work of the Greenbook Project,
I have learned how to collaborate effectively with a diverse set of individuals who have many different personalities and work styles. In
addition, leadership is also required to create successful collaborations. I have had several opportunities to be in leadership roles in professional and
academic settings. The teamwork and leadership skills that I have developed in the program and at work will help me to better serve underrepresented communities.
