    My MPA courses have taught me the importance of succinct writing that is directed and framed for a specific audience.  Assignments were often limited to two or five pages to identify, analyze, and provide recommendations on complex issues in public administration.  These assignments often were in the form of a hypothetical policy memorandum to an identified stakeholder.  Practicing these skills has definitely made me a more effective writer.  Please see examples of my work below.
