Writing Skills

        I'm sure I'll miss writing papers every week. This has vastly expanded my writing ability and contributed to my knowledge and analysis of major public administration and policy issues.

        Among the projects I have done, my literature review of counterculture and individual learning in the workforce was one of my favorites. I also really enjoy cases which take on the big issues of public administration, such as the Columbia Disaster case.

       These cases which emphasize organizational behavior elements helped build a framework for analyzing the big issues. Policy analysis was a crucial step to this process, and showed me how to take a more rational-comprehensive approach to problem solving in the workplace. The policy analysis project created a hypothetical analysis for the Veterans Administration's issues with backlogs in benefits claims.
