handbook is designed for new lecturers, teaching assistants, who work in
chemistry, biology or other laboratories, and student staff working in stockrooms
or other support labs, where hazardous chemicals are handled or stored.

provide a safety orientation to new research assistants, grad students,
supervised research students, "official volunteers", post-docs,
and lab staff/supervisors paid for through grants, who handle hazardous
chemicals of areas where they are stored.
