Check-out:
You must be currently enrolled in a College of Education course to check-out materials or equipment.


Curriculum:
Students: Most materials are circulated for one week with three possible renewals. Renewals can be issued over the phone during open hours. Renewals may not be allowed if an item is in high demand. High demand items are issued for two days with no renewal. Five items per day may be checked out.

Faculty: Materials are issued for two weeks with renewals, high demand items for one week.

Test Library:
Test materials may be used by any College of Education student on the premises for two hours. Students who need to check test materials for administrative purposes must have prior faculty authorization and pay a laboratory fee for test forms. Fees vary according to the cost of individual tests, ask staff for details. Students in the testing classes can check out materials according to the class policy, ask the staff for more information.

Overdues:
First: Warning
Second: Loss of laboratory privileges for one week.
Third: Loss of laboratory privileges for one month.
Fourth: Suspension of all laboratory privileges for the rest of the semester. Notice to instructor and department chair.


Reference:
Educational test score keys, reference books(red tape), and field studies may be used on premises for up to two hours. Copying is allowed for reference books and field studies. I.D. must be left at the circulation counter. Copying services are available at the student union or the campus library.
