Team Work/Leadership
In order for organizations in the public and
nonprofit sectors to be successful it is essential that
employees have the ability to work well together as a
team. This requires clear roles and
responsibilities, as well as clear communication and
dialogue amongst the different members of a team.
The courses in the MPA program, as well as my work
experience have prepared me to work well with others,
and to value the work that a well functioning team can
produce.
