CHANGING LAB SECTIONS FOR BIOL 230
The lab sections for this course are heavily overenrolled.
Thus, changing sections is often not possible. If you absolutely need to change
sections, hereีs what you can do to promote your chances of succeeding:
- Attend
your scheduled lab section on the 1st day and explain your
situation to the lab instructor.
- Go to
every other lab section that would work for you and submit an add petition
in each section that might work for you (you need not stay for
class). Explain on the
petition that you are already enrolled in 1 section, but that you need to
switch. You should also give
the reason for your need to switch.
- If
possible, identify a student in another section that is willing to swap
sections with you.
