Overview of research:
I am working on profiles of late Pleistocene and Holocene normal faults on the west side of Death Valley in an effort to date fault activity. The fault scarps are visible in air/satellite photos (explore using Google Maps) as mostly north-south trending lines perpendicular to drainages.
