On Advising Day - Thursday 5/6 - I will be doing portfolio reviews for admission to DAI 575 Design of Virtual Worlds whenever it is next offered and for INDEPENDENT PROJECTS IN WEB3D. NOTE: The Fall semester schedule is not yet finalized - this course is not currently on the schedule but that could well change.

Enrollment to this class is through INSTRUCTOR'S PERMISSION. Prior to the first class session (on Advising Day and during office hours), I interview applicants and look at samples of prior work (any type). At the first class session, I hand out enrollment stickers. I am looking for students with something to contribute to this course, such as interactive digital media authoring experience (e.g. DAI 327) or Web design experience or 3D graphics experience or animation experience or some other background which could contribute in interesting ways to an exploration of Web3D. You must show me work and transcripts. You must have received at least a "C" grade in the relevant prior classes.
