Personal Interests

A fun fact about me is that very simple things tend to amuse me. But I do have a lot of interests that keep me busy during the day to keep my mind off of school. I have a pink Nintendo DS Lite which occupies a lot of my time. Actually, I think she (yes its a she!) is the main reason why I procrastinate so much on my schoolwork. I have six games for her. My all time favorite would have to be Animal Crossing: Wild World. Animal Crossing: Wild World is sort of like a Sims game. You have your own town and you take care of it, but your townspeople are different kinds of animals. You can interact with them and do numerous things such as fishing, bug catching, decorating your house, etc. Another favorite of mine is Brain Age, which is a brain game that stimulates your brain thinking.

Other than my Nintendo DS Lite, I love watching t.v., I mean who doesn't?! My all time favorite shows are Desperate Housewives and One Tree Hill. I am so addicted to those shows it is not even funny. I actually took a trip to L.A. last semester for the weekend, because One Tree Hill was having a mall tour and I wanted to meet the cast!

Another one of my favorite hobbies is shopping! I mean what girl does not love to shop?? When it comes to accessories and such, you can find me browsing through Coach. But if it is clothes you can spot me at Wet Seal, Forever 21, BEBE, and Express. And when it comes down to everyday necessities, Target would have to be my second home.

To keep my body in shape, I (try to) go the gym every weekend. I am a member of 24 hour fitness and have been since this past summer. I also love to dance. Dancing is one of my favorite hobbies. I started dancing when I was 5 but I stopped at the age of 9 to pursue gymnastics. And then when I turned 14 I switched from gymnastics to cheerleading, but then returned back to dancing my last year of high school.

I love to travel, but unfortunately, I have not been to many places. When dealing with out of the country, I have been to the Philippines 3 times and to Canada twice. But I have been to quite a few places within the U.S. I have been to Florida, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Nevada, Washington, Indiana, Wisconsin, Illinois, and California. I want to visit New York so badly, but I think my favorite state that I have vacationed to is Florida, because of the one and only DISNEYWORLD!
