Shareen Singh
Presidential Advisor
Hello, my name is Shareen and I am a student here at San Francisco State. I intend to pursue a profession as an Astronomer at NASA. I am of Fijian/Indian decent, Rajasthani Indian to be precise but was born and raised in the Bay Area, San Francisco primarily. I love to perform and to be on stage. In fact, singing is one of my biggest passions. I love to dance as well... as I am on a professional Bhangra DANCE LINEUP that represents San Francisco State called San Francisco Diyan Kuriyan aka SFDK. I consider myself to be genuine, sincere, spiritual, intellegent and open-minded. My family and friends mean the world to me. They keep me grounded and have supported me through it all. I feel blessed to have them. San Francisco State is a second home to me as I feel like I have become a more mature young woman and have experienced and learned lessons that will lead me to an accomplished life. And the best part is… since I've been here, I have found a big family to share those experiences with.
