My hand I've been
thinking about what could be the boundary between the virtual and real.
For me, it's like envisioning the our body versus the soul, carefully
woven and fuged together.
My hands play an important role in embodying
the interlacing relationship between the virtual and the real.

Heart-Shaped
Rock">visit site I chose a painted rock in the shape of a heart as my
personal object because rocks change depending on their environment as do
I, and they represent strength which I can relate to as a self-supported
student. I chose a painted rock in particular because painting is what I
enjoy doing in my spare (yeah right) time. (julie)

A>">visit site I chose this icon because of an old joke with a
friend-- and because I have always had a fascination with X-acto blades and
horror movies. I also like it as an icon because when people first see it
they such varied interpretations why someone would pick such a thing. As an
added touch, when I scanned it, the "Made in U.S.A." showed up very well,
and it seemed so appropriate for a transatlantic project.
