SDA's goal is to promote an awareness of dietetics, health care, food and nutrition related issues, and to prepare members for their post graduate endeavors. They provide networking opportunities with health care professionals relevant to the field, guidance about curriculum and internships, career fairs and guest speakers to enhance the dietetics student' knowledge of the field.
