The Advising Center
HPAC realizes that the path to a career in health care can be a confusing and difficult one, filled with bumps, twists and turns. We are here not only to help you make that ultimate decision, to pursue a pre-health career, but to assit you along your journey.
A good place to start if you have specific questions, or if you are just beginning to feel out your options, is our Knowledge Repository. We are continually updating this resource with contemporaneous and accurate information that you can browse at your own pace. An interactive FAQ is currently in the works, and should be active by the end of the month.
We realize that are occasions where your question requires speaking with someone directly. To better accomodate you, we have begun offering more peer advising hours, in addition to those provided during Dr. Rothman's office hours. The advising times for Fall 2007 are as follows:
- Monday
10:30am - 1:30pm - Tuesday
12:00pm - 3:00pm - Wednesday
12:00pm - 4:00pm
4:00pm - 6:00pm (Corresponds with Dr. Rothman's office hours) - Thursday
3:00pm - 5:00pm (Corresponds with Dr. Rothman's office hours) - Friday
10:00am - 12:00pm
All peer advising hours are held in Hensill Hall Room 222.
