Personal Statement

I entered the Public Administration Master’s program at San Francisco State University to develop and sharpen the skills and capacities needed for a career in public service or in the nonprofit sector and to substantially increase my effectiveness as an administrator. 

In this Master’s program, I have developed a core in the knowledge and skills required for effective public management such as; problem-solving, decision making, managing people, money and programs and representing the public interest.

With my MPA degree I hope to engage in new opportunities and enhance my career in the public sector through utilizing my strengthened skills and capacities
