Commencement 2003
The Office of University Advancement is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all operational, financial, and logistical services with various academic units, service areas and outside agencies in producing the annual Commencement Ceremony at San Francisco State University. Plant Operations and Campus Support Services are responsible for providing the following services:
Coordination of greenery and floral arrangements. Set up and striking of an Astro Vision display screen and audio sound system, including power and temporary emergency generator back up power. Maintenance and repair of Cox Stadium. Set up and striking of temporary seating for 4100 Graduates seating, temporary bleachers, audience, band and press seating totaling 22,700.
