2 Community Event Reflection Papers
[minimum 500 words each, but most A papers will be much longer, typed doubled-spaced]

DUE Wed Nov. 27 in class or by the end of the school day 5pm slipped under my office door [Psychology Bldg Room 108]

for each paper:
1. Attend a program, rally or event during the current semester organized by a community-based organization or student group that deals with an issue impacting Asian Americans.  See the course website or email group for ideas about events to attend this semester.  Ask Eric if you have any questions about whether an event would be appropriate or not for the class.

2. Discuss the “point of view” or political perspective of the organizers of the event.

3. Briefly describe the program or event.

4. Using concepts discussed in AAS 205 explain how the event and the organization involved contributes to “social change” in the Asian American community.   Draw from readings and class materials and discussions.
