Plant-Animal Interactions

This course will involve readings, student presentations, and discussions of the primary literature on the interactions between plants and animals. Each student will make a 30-minute oral presentation, prepare an annotated bibliography, and select papers for the class to read on a topic of interest in plant-animal interactions. We envision discussion topics to focus on various aspects of herbivory, seed dispersal and seed predation, and pollination from either the prospective of the plant or the animal.
