Steve has been away on a study abroad program for a semester. His best friend, who has been living at home, says he will look after his apartment while he is gone. Steve returns home alone, and finds out that his friend had a large, out-of-control party just before he got back. Furniture has been ruined and his landlord has served him with an eviction notice.
