Kristen has an appointment in a part of town where it is difficult to find parking. She finally finds a parking spot several blocks away from her appointment. The block is posted with a 2 hour parking limit except during street cleaning which is not scheduled for another hour. She comes out of her appointment 55 minutes later and finds she has been towed even though she still had 5 minutes.
