Knowledge of Public Administration

Through the core courses, I have increased knowledge of Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Public Policy, Research Methods, Budgeting and Microeconomics. The Human Resources class, in particular, was a learning experience for me. One of the main themes of Public Adminisration literature is the upcoming "crisis" that will occur upon retirment of the baby-boomer generation. I explored this concept in many papers, both the the HR class and in other core courses and electives.
