Team Work/Leadership
Since enrolling in the MPA program, I have had the pleasure of working with great teams on interesting projects. The teams that I worked with, usually composed of mature and experienced members, divided up the work and cooperated smoothly to complete the assignments. This is the management style that I have preferred, as much as possible, even when I have been the titular manager. I believe that this type of cooperative management style brings out the best in most employees.
