The most exciting project I completed was an employee
benefit survey.  This project involved applying to the SFSU Committee on Human Subjects, creating a survey tool, and distributing it to employees at ten different locations.  I performed statistical and content analysis on the twelve hundred responses.  Once complete I presented the results to my colleagues.  It was rewarding to work on a project that expanded my knowledge but also allowed me to provide benefit to my current job.  Electives allowed us to explore personal interests.  I used the electives to explore urban administration, health policy, and diversity.
