Presentation Skills

Presentation and public speaking skills are critical in public administration. As a member of Toastermasters International since 2002, I take every opportunity to practice my public speaking and presentation skills.  The MPA program incorporated a presentation and public speaking component into each course giving us ample opportunity to develop this skill.
