The Biomechanics of Human Movement / Kinematic Analysis Software suite is now available for free to interested faculty members. The suite includes the components of a complete undergraduate biomechanics curriculum:

·   A 400 page biomechanics electronic textbook (BHMViewer)
·   A full featured video data analysis software suite (KAPro 7.1)
·   A detailed computer-based laboratory curriculum (BLCViewer)*
·   An advanced undergraduate biomechanics textbook (QHMViewer)
·   An extensive Movement Library (with 3 Gb of video and biomechanics data)

* The BLCViewer software of this courseware suite is made possible through an NSF CCLI (Course Curriculum and Laboratory Improvement) grant. For further details on the BLCViewer software project, see the NSF Final Report document.

The software DVD is distributed through an unlimited term, royalty free, University / student home use site license. Contact Bob Schleihauf for further details.

The BHM-KAPro suite is being distributed as "Labware". Faculty may use limited proceeds from course reader / DVD royalties to raise funds to support laboratories that are used primarily by students.
