discussed under Writing Skills, the ability
to communicate effectively is an essential part of any administrator’s
skill set. In addition to writing, good
presentation skills are a must. In my
professional life I have had much experience with making presentations. This program has further enhanced those
skills as well as given me the new experience of making team
presentations. Below are two
presentations I helped to develop.
