Simple tools have always been available in the fight against unwanted
video surveillance including eggs, spray paint, and sledgehammers which
can be used to disrupt the use of video cameras in surveillance.
However the problem with these devices is that they're extremely hands
on and require the user to apply them to the surface of the video camera
lens or it's covering. This is a dangerous route, however fun it
might be a person smashing a surveillance camera with a sledgehammer tends
