    Common Commands in Dragon Naturally Speaking

    Adding Lines

    New Line Say "New Line" or Press the enter key once.
    New Paragraph Say "New Paragraph" or Press the enter key twice.

    Selection

    Say "Select 'glass'" Select a specific word or words (word must be visible on screen).
    Say "Select Again" Selects the next example of the same text in the same document (must be visible on screen).
    Say "Select 'It was' through 'night'" Select an entire phrase, as in 'it was a dark and stormy night.'
    Say "Select That" Select the last thing you said.
    Say "Unselect That" Unselect selected text.

    Editing Text

    Say "Scratch That" Erase the last thing you said.
    Say "Scratch That Three Times" Erase the last three things you said (insert any number up to 10).
    Say "Delete That" Delete the selected text.
    Say "Undo That" Undo the last command (equivalent to Ctrl+Z)

    Moving within a Document

    Say "Go to Bottom" Move to the end of your document.
    Say "Go to End of Line" Move to the end of the current line of text.
    Say "Insert Before/After 'glass'" Place the cursor before/after specific word or words (must be visible).

    Capitalization

    Say "Cap 'glass'" 'Glass'
    Say "All Caps 'glass'" 'GLASS'
    Say "No Caps 'William'" 'william'
    Say "Cap That" Capitalize the last thing you said.
    Say "All Caps That" Make the last thing you said completely capitalized.
    Say "No Caps That" Make the last thing you said all lowercase.
    Say "Caps On" Turn initial caps on.
    Say "Caps Off" Turn initial caps off.

    Formatting Text

    Say "Bold That" Bold the last thing you said you or the selected text.
    Say "Italicize That" Italicize the last thing you said or the selected text.
    Say "Underline That" Underline the last thing you said or the selected text.
    Say "Restore That" Remove formatting from the selected text.

    Starting Programs

    Say "Start Internet Explorer/Microsoft"
    Say "Word/Microsoft Excel/etc".
    Start a program or document from your start menu or desktop.

    Controlling Windows

    Say "Click Close" Close the current window.
    Say "Click Maximize" Maximize the current window.
    Say "Click Minimize" Minimize the current window.
    Say "Click Restore" Restore the current window to its normal size

    Other

    Say "What can I say?" Display a list of commands available in the current context.
