AACF FEEDBACK FORM

In an effort to keep AACF from becoming a terrible organization, we have put together a little page where you could voice your thoughts, comments, and questions pertaining to AACF. Now, youre probably thinking, "DUDE THIS IS A FREAKIN LONG QUESTIONNAIRE! What do I get in return?" Well, you wont get any physical thing for your time, but you will get an increase in your happiness factor quotient (HFQ) next semester as we will strive to perfect our inequities! Anyhow, take the time, answer the questions, and be as long-winded or short winded as you want. Be assured that your answers will be confidential, and ANONYMOUS!
