I am interested in the electric and magnetic properties of solids and applications of EPR/ENDOR spectroscopy to materials chemistry, reactive intermediates, and biologically relevant systems. Specifically, I want to employ alkali metal doped pure silica zeolites as reducing agents in the formation of nanoparticle and atomic clusters, and to generate radical anions in a sort of ‘reverse matrix isolation’ process.
